Reiki Classes
Every person who finds their way to Reiki arrives for their own reason. Some come out of curiosity. Some come because nothing else has worked. Some come because they want to offer this to the people they love.
All of them leave with something that belongs entirely to them.
I've been teaching Reiki for over 25 years. These classes are small, intimate, and designed so that you actually feel the energy. Every level includes a manual, hands-on practice, and a certificate upon completion.
Usui/Holy Fire Reiki • Level I
This is where it begins.
In Level I you'll receive your first attunement, the energetic opening that connects you to Reiki. From there, we explore the history and foundations of the practice, the basics of chakras and the aura, and the hand positions for giving a full session to yourself and others.
By the end of the day you'll have given and received a complete Reiki treatment. You'll leave knowing how to work with energy in a way that is grounded, practical, and entirely your own.

Usui/Holy Fire Reiki • Level II
Going deeper.
Level II introduces you to the three sacred Reiki symbols and teaches you how to use them. This includes how to send healing across distance and across time. You'll learn techniques for releasing old habits and belief patterns, and meditations to work with energy more intentionally.
This level expands what's possible. You'll be able to offer sessions to others with greater depth, precision, and presence.

Usui/Holy Fire Reiki • Master Practitioner (Level III)
The energy and work become more refined.
At the Master Practitioner level, you'll learn the Usui Master symbol which intensifies and focuses the Reiki energy, along with the Reiki Aura Clearing technique, crystal healing grids, and advanced meditations for manifestation and healing.
You'll receive the A.R.T. attunement, which deepens your connection to the energy and expands your capacity as a practitioner.

The full circle.
This is the level where you receive the tools to pass Reiki on to others. Over two days, you'll learn the HolyFire symbol, advanced ignitions and transmissions, and the complete attunement process for all levels including Reiki Master.
We'll also spend time on what it actually means to hold space as a Reiki teacher. The values, the practice, and the responsibility. This isn't just about technique. It's about who you become.

Reiki I is the foundation and it's also a doorway. What you do with it from here is entirely yours.
Practice on yourself first. Notice what shifts. Trust what you feel, even when you can't explain it. The more you work with this energy, the more fluent you become in its language.

A note on the origins of Reiki.
Mikao Usui went alone to a sacred mountain north of Kyoto, fasted for 21 days, and received Reiki in a moment of pure surrender.
Just one person, open and willing, on a mountain in 1922.
What came through him that night eventually became one of the most widely practiced healing traditions in the world.
I think about that often. This work began in stillness in a person who trusted that something bigger was available and chose to make space to receive it.
That's what I try to create in my classes. The knowledge, yes. And also the conditions for you to actually feel it move through you. Because Reiki isn't something I hand you. It's something that opens within you.
Usui called his system spiritually guided life force energy. The guidance was never his alone. It was always something larger, moving through a willing channel.
You are that channel too.
