The sessions usually last for an hour but sometimes can go longer.
As I developed my healing skills, they began to merge as one, and they wanted to come through Reiki.
So when you book at a Reiki appointment with me you are not just getting a Reiki session, you were receiving the collaboration of over 25 years of practicing healing modalities.
No special requirements: Remain fully clothed on a heated massage table with relaxing music. Afterwards if you like I will share all that I "saw" and felt.
